Event Description:
The mission of the Women's Division is to empower women in professional roles through programs that will mentor and advance leadership and growth opportunities through education and networking.
Join other professional women in the area for lunch, networking, professional development workshops, and an educational presentation.
The Women's Leadership Summit is one of our most popular annual events, bringing dozens of women from all professions together, and welcoming special guest presenters in to offer their perspectives on women in leadership!
This year's speaker is Amy Leslie, CEO of Perspective Consulting, a woman-owned certified partner of the Predictive Index. She has twenty years of experience turning around and leading teams, with P&L responsibility, in companies, from small start-up firms, to very large, well-established Fortune 500 Companies. She believes that people drive business forward, and success starts with understanding and tapping into what makes people tick and how they learn!
She will be presenting a "Power Hour for Professional Development!"
At issue will be the ability to influence others, and how it is an essential business skill, as well as the importance of successfully articulating ideas and creating clear, compelling strategic plans, and building consensus using a proven set of influencing practices.
