Did you know that large numbers of women were incarcerated in the state prison for having a disease? Join us for a talk and discussion lead by Nicole Perry from the University of Kansas. Learn about Nicole's research regarding early quarantine laws in Kansas and the inequalities in their implementation, and find out how this affects us today.
